He recognises the importance that the aluminium window/door market is beginning to have in Italy,
and thus decides to leave behind the production of machines for wood and begins one for machining aluminium profiles.

The first twin-head cutting-off machines designed. The TRD 350 A is born, a historic piece in the aluminium sector that will remain in production for over 15 years.
Emmegi took part in the Fiera Campionaria trade fair in Milan, with stunning success throughout Italy and abroad, Greece, France, Germany, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia
The Emmegi brand crosses national borders thanks to a travelling exhibition of products. During the BIMU fair in Milan, the first twin-head cutting-off machine with electronic control and command is exhibited, which drew in both industry operators and clients.
The first machining centres of the aluminium sector are designed: NC machines. Quadra is born, the first Emmegi machining centre. To this day, this model is one of the most cutting-edge solutions available.
The Emmegisoft softwarehouse is born, to develop software for machine control, which over the years would also evolve into office software to manage the window/door making work cycle.
Emmegi Italia is born, and from here the Emmegi SpA division as manufacturing company. Emmegi Suisse is born in Lugano, the first commercial presence abroad for the group.
TWIN FERRO, the twin-head cutting-off machine for cutting steel, is born. Emmegi Iberica is born, to bolster local presence and develop the Spain and Portugal markets.
Introducing the concept of DOT.LAB, “The ideal factory”. The company obtains the UNI EN ISO System certification. Emmegi Scandinavia is born, from the acquisition of the vendor “Profilma”.
DL TECHNICAL SOLUTION, the IT structure that connects all the resources of the production process. The PVC division is born in Pesaro (PU), for the design and production of a range of products specifically for PVC, and thus expand the offer from aluminium to PVC.
ULTRA is the new high performance 28-axis machining centre. Introduction of the first fully automatic line for the production of doors and windows. Launch of the first welding machine for PVC, Fusion 4H, at the Fensterbau trade show. In New Jersey, to bolster and consolidate Emmegi’s presence in the North American market and become a benchmark in the area, Emmegi USA is born.
Emmegi arrives in Asia with a production branch aimed at centralising the commercial and after-sales service for all of East Asia (not just the Chinese territory but neighbouring countries as well).
Emmegi Deutschland is born, and the Italian experience is exported directly into the German market, with a widespread presence and a marketing and service system divided into 2 facilities.
The PVC range is completed, with the introduction of the Fusion LV in-line welding machines.
Emmegi lands in Turkey, a major, highly competitive market, ushering in Emmegi Türk. In addition to marketing the machines, it will ensure on-site technical assistance, providing customers with a comprehensive service focused on local specificities.
Precision is born, the family of twin-head cutting-off machines. The watchword is versatility, to meet customer needs and ensure the best results with all settings and all materials. Emmegi is active in the UK market directly, thanks to Emmegi UK.
In São Paulo, Brazil, Emmegi do Brazil is born to bolster the Emmegi brand in the Brazilian and South American market, and develop the marketing and after-sales service in the area.
Emmegi France is born, for a direct presence and to better serve customers in the French market and neighbouring countries.
Emmegi establishes the Style & Design Department, because design includes not just form but ergonomics, workplace safety, multi-faceted efficiency and, of course, beauty as well. A new challenge: leverage Italian-made design.
The new 5- and 4-axis machines presented at Fensterbau with suspended interface for better control by the operator. The latest versions of the successful machining centres in the Comet series. Presented the Emmegi recipe for the perfect bead at Fensterbau: the Seamless counterblocks.
The Hub in Mexico is born.
The Fusion 4H welding machine has been selected for publication on the ADI Design Index, the volume that collects the products pre-selected for the “Compasso d’Oro” award.

Satellite XTE, Comet R6I, Comet S6 HP, Quadra L3, Fusion 4H, Contour.
Emmegi Scandinavia Ab Finland and the Emmegi Canada are Emmegi's new branches.
The Fusion 4H welding machine receives the prestigious "Honorable Mention" on the XXVI "Compasso d'Oro ADI" Award.

In 2021 Emmegi, always operational even in the midst of pandemic, presents 5 new products: Comet S, Compound Cut, Vegamill HB, Satellite XLE and TKE 955. The "digitalisation" of the Show Room and the "Industry 4.0" project are consolidated. The Emmegi Benelux HUB is established.
The company, and the group to which it belongs, is embarking in the area of sustainability, declined in various strategic pillars such as environmental, social and governance.
